The Plan

The course is called lifeplan because through attending the workshops participants will put together a life and career plan. This enables participants to plan a way forward in terms of employment related choices and life in general.

Teaching Method

The course will be led by Paul Dowson, an experienced Tutor/Trainer working with adults of all ages. His responsibility is to create an informal non-threatening environment. Participants will be encouraged to complete exercises and to contribute to group discussion. To gain the maximum from the course participants will need to commit to some study between workshops and to reflect on the content of the workshops. There is however no assessment and the study will be both informative and enjoyable.
